Description:

• Provide one-stop service for health assessment booking
• Provide hospital package plan to clients
• Guide client to different departments within hospital
• Maintain effective communication with appropriate personnel to ensure information is well conveyed
• Perform clerical duties

Requirement:

• DSE graduate or equivalent
• Relevant working experience in hospital or clinic is preferred
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese & English is essential. Knowledge of other language is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Good communication skill
