Job Duties:-

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall project operations, co-ordination and handover
• Manage the projects and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site staff
• Attend meetings and monitor the progress of projects
• Prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and statutory submission 
• Responsible for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement and subcontractor monitoring
• Design the Fire Services system

Requirements:-

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services / Fire Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
• 2 years or above in relevant working experience in fire services installation & projects;
• Able to work independently under pressure, sometimes with tight schedules;
• Willing to work on site in different locations;
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office; Experience in BIM is an advantage
• Proficiency in both written & spoken Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
