Role & Responsibilities

Operations

• Monitor warehouse activities & manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries to markets
• Arrange return, family sales, non-merchandise flows
• Liaise & communicate closely with different departments, HQ and suppliers on shipment or delivery schedule
• Handle documentation & manipulate different systems
• Maintain accurate stock & inventory by reconcile the movements in timely manner
• Manage write-off, adjust stock based on approved flow
• Verify vendor invoices and month-end processing (GIT) incorporate finance accruals
• Maintain monthly volume, KPI data of service providers
• Execute cost saving, continuous process improvement actions, sustainability activities

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Transportation or Logistics related discipline
• Over 4 years relevant working experience in logistics field, preferably in retail industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Detail-minded
• Certificate related DG handling preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
