Role Purpose:

As a Project Manager, you are part of the Offline + Online Store and Promotion Technology team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. You will be responsible for delivering as well as supporting technology integration and transformation projects.

​A typical day in this Role:

• Ensure flagship projects are executed to deliver against expected benefits with agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Adopt best practices for project execution on risk management, issue management, dependency management, resource management, change management, finance management, and quality control.
• Monitor the project to keep on track, provide status and reports, regarding to project milestones, deliverables, issues/actions throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct Project and Steering Committee meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project whilst enforcing deliverables from all parties.

Success will depend on:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or any related disciplines
• Solid project management experience including experience in completing complex projects involving technology integration, experience in retail industry would be an advantage
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under tight schedule
• Excellent knowledge of Agile and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua to facilitate effective collaboration across teams
