My client is a zk-powered verifiable off-chain computation engine urgently looking for a community manager. My client empower Web3 applications to migrate data-intensive computations from costly on-chain environments to our low-cost off-chain engine while preserving L1-grade security.

The Ideal candidate s hould have experience in web 3 community management / fluent in English and Mandarin. The role is remote but preferred candidate to be based in Hong Kong / Mainland China / Singapore.

Position: Crypto Community Manager

Responsibilities:

Engage deeply with global communities through Telegram, Discord, etc., maintaining high-frequency interactions and addressing user needs promptly

Manage community tools and bots (Collab.Land, MEE6, etc.), execute community growth strategies

Plan & execute online campaigns (AMAs, airdrops, contests) with incentive mechanisms

Monitor community metrics (engagement, growth, sentiment), produce analytical reports

Coordinate community moderators and establish SOPs

Track industry trends, analyze competitors' strategies, provide product feedback

Support the Marketing Lead in operational tasks

Requirements:

Native English proficiency, Chinese fluency

 Web3 community management experience with proven crypto community strategies

Expertise in Discord/TG administration and bot management tools

Demonstrated success in community growth (min. 2 campaigns with 3k+ participants)

Basic understanding of ZK technology and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly

Availability for high-intensity engagement including emergency response

Strong multitasking skills to thrive in fast-paced campaign cycles

Bonus Points:

Experience with ZK/infrastructure projects

Knowledge of ZK/DeFi/Layer2 ecosystems

Data analysis skills (SQL/GA)
