A well established E&M contractor is looking for a Department Head level candidate to take lead in their Infrastructure project team. The candidate will have P&L responsibility and overseeing all the projects related to public infrastructure, MTR, HV and Data Centre.

Your new role

• Direct and control the contract activities of the company relating to the delivery of engineering projects to meet programme dates and standards of quality
  
• Review contract terms and conditions and specifications, plan, coordinate and prepare competitive tenders to bid for those projects
  
• Negotiate service and supply contracts with the customers, suppliers and subcontractors
  
• Form, nourish and build external strategic alliances with external business partners in electrical & mechanical engineering consultancy, contracting services and supply of materials for infrastructure projects
  
• Implement and monitor the Safety and Environment Management Systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved.
  
• Understand the market, customers and competitors to formulate strategies to sustain business growth, identify new niche markets, minimise commercial risks and develop new business opportunities for complex technical projects in Infrastructure Projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services discipline
  
• Min. 12 years of experience with 5 years in a management position
  
• Solid experience in MTR/ High Voltage/ Electrical project
  
• MHKIE or equivalent qualifications

What you'll get in return

• 80,000 - 120,000 x 12month + bonus + allowance (~1.6 - 2 million package annually)
