Our client is a mass-market apparel brand, and they are looking for an Regional Associate Director of Marketing to join their marketing team. This role will drive market strategy, brand growth, and customer engagement. In this role, you will have full accountability for Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore P&L and oversee the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. This person will manage a team of approx. 10 and report to the General Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the business, encompassing brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations for effective marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute innovative and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, public relations, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop captivating creative assets, including branding materials, signage, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Strongly utilizes marketing strategies to drive brand sales and is close to market with conducting competitor analysis to develop useful and high-performing marketing campaigns to move the brand forward.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as, sales conversion rates, customer feedback, and revenue, to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering measurable results within the allocated budgetary constraints.




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Regional/APAC experience is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of the consumer behavior, and retail industry trends in the APAC markets.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong data analytical and sales-driven mindsets.
  • Excellent in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
