  • Corporate Project Support :Act as the central point of contact for logistics-related corporate projects, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional and local requirements.
  • Strategy and Implementation :Evaluate corporate logistics strategies and standardized concepts, identifying impacts on processes, IT systems, and logistics organization. Develop steps for regional/local implementation.
  • Process and IT Coordination :Support the implementation of new global processes and IT systems by coordinating regional/local resources.
  • Test Management :Lead regional test management, develop test automation, and coordinate local operational test colleagues.
  • Training and Support :Define training concepts, adapt central training documents for regional/local resources, and organize training sessions.
  • Go Live and Hypercare :Support the Go Live and hypercare phases by coordinating and prioritizing bug fixes and retests, and organizing re-trainings.
  • Project Status Reporting:Ensure accurate reporting of regional/local project status to the corporate project organization.

Regional/Local Project Management

  • Manage logistics projects such as service partner switches (3PL and/or transport). Prepare and execute tender processes in collaboration with the purchasing and legal departments. Coordinate local organizational interfaces, including LOG operations, IT, RET, Sales, Merchandising, 3PL, transport partners, and local customs agencies.

Strategic KPI Management

  • Build and enrich a database for strategic KPIs within the region, incorporating external regional/local benchmarks.

Centre Of Competence Development

  • Establish a Centre of Competence for logistics projects within the region, leveraging global best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with an E2E process management perspective.
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and tender management
  • Proficiency in test management and test automation.

Your Profile

  • Extensive Experience: Over 7 years of experience in logistics planning, strategy, or consulting with a proven track record of successfully implemented projects.
  • Project and Process Management Expertise: Proficient in managing projects and processes, including tender management.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong interest in IT topics with advanced user knowledge in MS Office, SAP EWM, and LES in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
  • Team Collaboration: High affinity for teamwork with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse project teams and across various hierarchy levels.
  • International Experience: Experience working in international project teams with a sensitivity for intercultural collaboration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with an end-to-end thinking approach.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Travel Willingness: Open to travel as required for project needs.
