Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) across different countries to extract and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced data management techniques to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Create impactful visual representations to leadership on analytic insights and concise summaries.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify redundancies and opportunities for enhancement. Analyze current workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with CFTs to develop and deploy technology solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy to enhance supply chain operations excellence.
• Support key project owners in implementing new solutions through effective change management, ensuring new solutions are integrated smoothly and efficiently. Oversee the execution of process changes across regions to ensure effective implementation.
• Establish metrics to monitor the success of process improvements and adjust as needed. Continuously review and refine processes to ensure ongoing improvement and adaptation to changing business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure teams are proficient in new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with global team to ensure that regional perspectives are integrated into company-wide transformations.
• Disseminate regional insights, best practices, and successful implementations to the global team to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
• Leverage the resources and expertise of the global Operations team to support and enhance regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or process reengineering, preferably in the retail or apparel industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA programming.
• Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, able to present ideas and concepts in powerful visuals.
• Strong communication skills with experience in managing cross-cultural relationships.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
• Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while leveraging global team support.
• Adaptability, resilience, and multilingual capabilities are advantageous in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery; certifications like PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Proficiency in process mapping, optimization techniques, and agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and reporting systems is a plus.
