In YCP Shenkuo, you will be focusing on Management Consulting specifically assisting companies improve their supply chains and drive operational improvements:

1. Management Consulting

You will be engaged in large scale project in diverse industries in areas of Supply chain strategy and implementation, business transformation and improvement, growth strategy, post-merger integration and business turnaround. According to experience, you may also assume team lead role and will provide guidance to the project team in project execution which includes market research, data analysis, strategy formulation and project presentation

2. Financial Advisory

You will be working on a wide range and full-cycle of M&A transactions, including due diligence assignments, valuations, business modeling, SPA advice and negotiations, M&A strategy as well as other corporate finance matters.

Job Requirements

• A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
• Relevant experience in investment banking or management consulting
• Strong research, analytical and presentation skills with a good understanding of the Hong Kong and China markets
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• Fluent English and Cantonese are required. Mandarin is an advantage
