Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze customer needs.
• Accurately articulate the value of the company's products and solutions.
• Develop efficient solutions that align with product capabilities and customer requirements to effectively meet client needs.
• Provide guidance and design delivery solutions during key project delivery stages. Ensure the seamless transfer of these solutions to the project management team for effective implementation.
• Ensure the solution structures, maintenance practices, and execution methods comply with ITIL best practices.
• Compile operational and maintenance scenarios from various industries to provide insights and support to pre-sales and product teams.
• Develop prototypes tailored to customized requirements using Axure or Sketch, and ensure their design quality meets established standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in R&D, products, SA related positions.
• Must have either ITSM user or implementation experience.
• PMP, ITIL certifications are preferred.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the project management knowledge system and process, with strong capabilities in planning and risk management.
• Familiar with and experienced in using operation and maintenance products, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per month
