Support the team for all Human Resources functions, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, performance management, employee relations, training & development;
Execute end to end C&B operations including monthly part time staff payroll, MPF & benefits administration, taxation filing and other C&B related assignments;
Support recruitment process including but not limited to job advertisement posting, interview arrangements and on/off-boarding arrangement;
Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
Prepare of HR reports for management analysis; and
Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned.
Requirements
A higher diploma in Human Resources Management preferred;
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry, fresh graduates are also welcome;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF, and other Human Resources related statutory regulations;
Proficient in Excel applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing; and
Attention to detail with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracy.
