Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Hong Kong. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, managing logistics, handling inspections, and ensuring efficient expediting processes. The role involves direct communication with stakeholders, consultants, team members, contractors, utilities companies, government sectors and external parties to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Master with Construction Management, including planning, execution, and closing
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks
• Skills in conducting and managing Inspections and ensuring compliance
• Strong Site Logistics Management capabilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and Result Oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Min. 15years Solid Project In-Charge experience gained from the Main Contractor on High-end Residential Projects is desirable
