We are looking for an UX Writer to join their team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and frontend components for their projects.

In This Role, You Will

• Create clear, concise, and engaging in-app content such as microcopy, tooltips, error messages, notifications, and instructional text to enhance user understanding and experience.
• Coordinate with UX-designer on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design, etc.
• Maintain and manage content guidelines, standards and workflow; Optimize product content and app navigation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content decisions and ensure that content meets user needs and expectations.
• Continuously iterate and improve content based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX writing and content design, and share knowledge and insights with the broader team.
  
  

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Product Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, in-app content design or a related field within the Web3 industry.
• Familiarity with the basic principles of content strategy and in-app user experience.
• Strong strategic, creative, and conceptual abilities as demonstrated by an outstanding portfolio.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, product managers, and developers.
• Ability to analyze feedback and performance data to refine content.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
