Responsibilities:  

• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with web3-related clients, including decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, blockchain protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and other entities within the web3 space. / financial institutions, payment processors, digital wallets, exchanges, and other relevant entities in the digital currency space. 
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and web3 standards.  
• Drive the expansion of our stablecoin's adoption within the web3 ecosystem by identifying key players, understanding market dynamics, and adapting our offering to meet the specific needs and requirements of web3 clients. / target markets by identifying local partners, understanding market dynamics, and adapting our offering to meet regional demands. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of partners and the successful execution of partnership initiatives within the web3 space. 
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for growth and optimization within the web3 industry. 
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities within the web3 space to identify emerging partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 
• Represent  IDA  in industry events, conferences, and forums specific to web3 and decentralized technologies to build relationships, enhance brand visibility, and drive adoption of stablecoins and our product suite within the web3 ecosystem. 

Requirements :  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus. 
• At least 7 years of proven experience in partnership or business development roles, preferably within the fintech, digital currency or web3 industry. 
• Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem / digital currency ecosystem, including decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and related technologies / stablecoins, blockchain technology, and regulatory frameworks. 
• Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships within the web3 space. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements within the web3 industry is highly desirable. 
• Strong passion for challenges and versatility, allowing for proactive problem-solving, adaptability to changing environments, and embracing innovation within the dynamic web3 and digital currency industry.
