1） 負責為靠港的國際航行船舶辦理出入境手續；

2） 安排船舶靠港相關事宜，協調處理現場事務；

3） 跟蹤船舶靠離泊及在港作業動態上下船船員、工程師的簽證申請、手續辦理、交通及食宿安排;

4） 船長借支的送船;

5） 船用備件的海關申報、運輸、送船;

6） 突發事宜的現場協調、書面動態彙報;

7） 與國外船東之英文郵件處理。

Job Purpose

• Assist the shipping team in handling the daily work of vessel husbandry services
• Follow up on job files and ship calls under supervision
• Maintain good communication and service with ships, principals and key parties
• Promotion will be offered after 1 year training program

Key Tasks

• Board ships to handle port clearances, crew change, cash to master, spares delivery and container vessel documentation
• Process formalities and declarations requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders such as customs, stevedores, ship suppliers, repairers, cargo interests and port authorities

Job requirements

• Hong Kong Resident
• Fresh Graduates with an interest in commencing their career in ship agency industry
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications
• Good spoken & written English
• Smart, self-motivated and fast learner
• Has an outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people
• Good work ethics and professional integrity
