Responsibilities:

• Provide policy administration support, including policy issuance, endorsement and renewal
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve policy-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy-related activities
• Assist in the development and improvement of policy servicing processes and procedures
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in general insurance policy servicing or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and policy administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality service
