Assistant Settlement Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- To handle daily settlement operations including HK and US securities, corporate actions and other Exchange/CCASS operations
- Perform daily stock and cash reconciliation, handle IPO, placing related operations
- Oversee the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations
- Communicate with internal and external parties to solve all settlement problems
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder of above
- Min 5 years related experience in settlement operations in securities and derivatives industry
- Previous experience in handling daily settlement operations of US stocks and options preferred
- Strong knowledge with CCASS operations
- Familiar with Hundsun back office system is preferred
- Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Settlement Manager
