Location: Sheung Wan, Lau Fau Shan, Kai Tak and Ma On Shan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily operations and events coordination for transitional housing projects;
  • coordinate with various stakeholders and manage logistics to support the project’s overall mission;
  • provide clerical and administrative support to the transitional housing projects for supervisors;
  • maintain accurate records, prepare necessary documentation, issue debit notes and receipts and facilitate communication among team members;
  • handle general inquiries from tenants or applicants of transitional housing projects;
  • work as a team with different sections and perform any ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned; and
  • required to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends occasionally.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Diploma/Higher Certificate/Certificate or equivalent;
  • preferably customer services experience;
  • proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
  • flexible, energetic, passionate and self-driven individual.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
