Assist in the management and development of retail credit products including personal loan products. Collaborate with other functional departments to support the development of retail credit products including personal loan and MSE loan offerings.

  • Conduct market research and develop business strategies, along with system requirements, for retail products.
  • Work closely with internal departments in order to comply with the legal and compliance issues for new product launch.
  • Support the team lead in preparing analysis reports and developing policies.
  • Knowledge of personal loan and retail credit products is advantage.
  • Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ credit risk management experience in retail banking industry.
  • Strong team player with outstanding analytical, communication and time management skills.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
