During the trainee program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, trainees will be responsible for acquiring new customers and solicit new business opportunities in the branch. Trainees are required to identify customer needs and to provide full range of retail banking products and services to them, for example, account opening, credit card, insurance.
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
