Role Purpose:

Our Junior Packaging Specialist will be involved in the entire artwork development process, from packaging briefs and schedule planning to artwork production follow-up, checking, and ensuring the final on-time delivery of products.

 

What you will be handling:

• Assist in coordinating the production and delivery of artwork for multiple projects
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to manage timelines and deliverables
• Work closely with artwork agencies, review and proofread artwork, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain organized records of all artwork files and project documentation in system

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration / Packaging Science or equivalent discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination / packaging coordination
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / TEAMS / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Packaging Assistant
