Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily property sales and related duties
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences
• Liaise and co-ordinate with estate agents to facilitate sales activities
• Assist in the operation of sales office and the preparation of related sales documents etc.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 1 - 2 years’ sales experience
• Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• With exposure in property marketing field will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and customer-service oriented
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Chinese word-processing is a must
• Good promotion prospect and in-house training will be provided
• To work 5 days per week; public holidays
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered for the post of Deputy Sales Executive
