Responsibilities:

• Assisting site-in-charge in managing and overseeing daily operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services
• Maintaining good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
• Managing and monitoring the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
• Handling complaints and emergency incidents
• Supporting renovation or improvement programs when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related discipline
• Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in management of shopping arcade and Grade-A office building, with 3 year’s supervisory experience inclusive
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
