Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and support units to gather information for the business performance analysis
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement based on the analysis
• Follow-up with relevant parties to ensure the implementation of business initiatives or action items is on track.
• Support the coordination of strategic projects and follow-up
• Prepare presentations to communicate the Bank’s business and operational plan and progress in a clear and concise manner
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support decision-making

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
• 5 years or above work experience, preferably in banking
• Experience in financial planning & analysis is a plus
• Autonomous and independent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
