Job Summary
Focusing on credit card portfolio and lending activities e.g., lead to plan & formulate credit cards lending acquisition, portfolio and product and digital channel strategy to uplift customer experience and drive card lending volume growth.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ability to lead and drive high quality implementation of product & digital channel development and end-to-end execution of lending marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.  
  • Capable in stakeholder management, including frontline (Sales team & Contact Centre), Compliance, Digital team as well as external partners
  • Strong analytical skills to improve customer segmentation and drive innovative marketing initiatives
  • Review, propose and execute Credit Card Personal Loan card portfolio / lending acquisition program to ensure the product competitiveness
    • Provide recommendation on the products and new initiatives, review product specifications and requirements
    • Plan and launch new initiatives by providing product requirements and time-integrated plans with relevant counterparts
    • Analyses launched initiative results by preparing post launch evaluation and reports to monitor business performance
  • Review, enhance the digital User Interface/User Experience (UIUX) / process workflow in order to smoothen the process and reduce turnaround time
  • Works cooperatively with both internal departments (Sales team, Contact Centre, Credit management team) and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives, system enhancements
  • Handle regular and ad hoc system/control/compliance issues

Qualifications

  • University graduate with 7 years+ of experience, at least 5 years in banking industry, candidate with unsecured lending and/or digital sales & marketing experience is preferred
  • Creative, agile and sensitive to market trend
  • Strong on teamwork with proactive and collaborative manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to engage and lead the discussion with multiple stakeholders of different levels
