Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product development and enhancement, in order to improve the customer experience and product risk management, and increase the operation effectiveness
  • Maintain and review the product manuals, operational work flow and guideline as well as other related tasks
  • Prepare various statistics reports on key account preference and market trends, and support product marketing strategies formulation and reviews
  • Prepare product promotional and training materials for both internal and external parties
  • Assist in compliance job for the trade finance department

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with major in business management, finance, economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade finance, product management, or compliance and audit
  • Good product knowledge on trade finance, or compliance and audit
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Self-motivated with Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua.
