• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• 5 years' relevant experience in leasing retail properties
• Member of HKIS or RICS is an added advantage
• To assist in implementing leasing strategies, tenants liaison and tenancy administration of retail properties in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
