What the role is?


The High-Net-Worth (HNW) Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive, personalized, and high - touch service to CTF Life’s HNW brokers. This role acts as one of the primary points of contact for HNW brokers, coordinating a wide range of financial, lifestyle, and administrative services to meet their clients’ complex needs.

The High-net-worth Case Manager must have a deep understanding of wealth management, financial products, and excellent relationship - building skills to ensure broker and client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Duties include:

1.Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and HNW brokers. Build and maintain strong, long - term relationships based on trust, understanding, and personalized service.
  • Proactively communicate with HNW brokers on a regular basis to understand their evolving needs, financial goals, and lifestyle preferences. Provide timely updates on relevant market trends and product offerings.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to HNW brokers inquiries, requests, and concerns. Ensure that all brokers issues are resolved to their satisfaction in a timely manner, escalating complex matters as necessary.

2. Service Coordination

  • Collaborate with wealth advisors, investment managers, tax specialists, lawyers, and estate planners to deliver integrated solutions.

3. Documentation and Record - Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up - to - date broker records, including business information, service requests, and communication history. Ensure that all documentation is organized, easily accessible, and compliant with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to internal stakeholders as required. These reports may include financial statements, service summaries, and performance updates.

4. Business Development Support

  • Provide feedback to the business development team on broker needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Assist in the development of new products and services tailored to the HNW client segment.
  • Participate in brokers’ client acquisition activities, by representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Provide support to the sales team during the onboarding process of new HNW brokers.

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years’ of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
  • Experience working with HNW brokers, clients and wealth advisors
  • Excellent knowledge in Wealth Management and Financial products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Highly responsive, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service
  • Able to work smoothly with different internal and external stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficient in Mandarin communication
