Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily trade settlements in securities, futures and other investment products
• Conduct compliance reviews and perform gap analysis on new rules and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operation manual for policy/procedure changes
• Assist in handling inquiries from internal/external auditors and regulators for matters related to securities processing
• Ensure all transactions are in full compliance of internal/external rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry
• Sound knowledge in Settlement Business including securities, futures and other investment products
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong service orientation with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
