- To ensure the smooth day-to-day security operation
- Lead the security team to work closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations and special events.
- Review existing processes and procedures, and enhancing the same as and when required.
- Handle complaints, requests and enquiries, support different departments' activities.
- Coaching the security team to provide outstanding service to client and visitors.
- Conduct investigation to incidents complaints and illegal cases. Perform inspection and audit on the security procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in security management is preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the security industry, at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with positive attitude. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

- Prior experience working in disciplinary forces
Working day : 5-day work per week.
Working place: Head office, Shop & warehouse centre
