What the role is?

• Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive, Agency and the Vice President, Business Proposition 
• Managing calls, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements 
• Handle confidential information and materials with utmost discretion
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and events
• Assist in the preparation of reports, emails and handles expenses reimbursement
• Assist in special projects and ad hoc initiatives supporting the business as required
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination among other EAs and across departments

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven 8-12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with a strong business acumen
• Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Capable to work independently as well as part of a team
• Highly responsive, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Able to work smoothly with different internal stakeholders 
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficient in Mandarin communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Chinese word-processing
