What You will be Doing
- Assist the manager in developing and maintaining strategic projects and departmental initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to track project progress and consolidate updates, including reports, status updates, and meeting notes. Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules
- Prepare reports, presentation decks, and other project materials for management as needed
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating complex information
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in business planning, analysis, or strategic roles
- Experience in a startup is a plus
- Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills
- Effective risk and issue management abilities
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
