Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills in CS, sales & operations
Motivate the team to achieve performance goals
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to boost sales and customer retention, oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with Store Supervisor to ensure sales goals are aligned with company objectives and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills in customer service, sales, and operations.
Provide support to other departments and facilitate the interdepartmental communication.
Assist in project management and ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related subjects
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration or operation duties, with exposure in mass retail is highly preferred
Mature, detail minded with good market sense and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
Energetic, responsible, enthusiastic and customer oriented with pleasant personality
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with POS & proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
