Assistant Operations Manager
Job Highlights
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration or sales operation duties
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills in CS, sales & operations
- Motivate the team to achieve performance goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to boost sales and customer retention, oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Store Supervisor to ensure sales goals are aligned with company objectives and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills in customer service, sales, and operations.
- Provide support to other departments and facilitate the interdepartmental communication.
- Assist in project management and ad-hoc assignment
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related subjects
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration or operation duties, with exposure in mass retail is highly preferred
- Mature, detail minded with good market sense and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
- Energetic, responsible, enthusiastic and customer oriented with pleasant personality
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with POS & proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
