Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as handle expense claims for the Senior Executive.
  • Verify all payment requests to ensure accuracy and proper approval procedures.
  • Manage the budget expenses for the entire department.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the SVP Commercial.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or as an executive assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
