Responsible for the management of the assigned investment bank application projects to meet the productivity and growth targets of the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of overall IT schemes such as financial system, trading system, OA system, human resources system and business management system;
• Participate in completing IT budget and related procurement work;
• Assist in the completion of special research and development, testing and liaision work required by supervision or headquarters;
• Independently complete daily operation and maintenance work, including but not limited to the maintenance, debugging and update of hardware equipment (computer, computer room, recording system, printer, access control, etc.) and software equipment (OA document system, trading system, server, firewall, etc.);
• Independently coordinate with hardware and software suppliers (including but not limited to Bloomberg, iAsia, Wind, etc.);
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology, Business, Project Management or related disciplines, Masters Degree holder is preferred;
• 5 years or above working experience, with minimum 3 years’ solid experience in application project management, preferably gained from Chinese investment banking/commercial banking sector;
• Certified PMP is preferable;
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of investment banking products, best practices in quality and project management;
• Excellent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
