  • Provide administrative & clerical support to Operations Department;
  • Responsible for processing document of new business and after-sales service in relation to insurance products;
  • Update and maintain accurate data for clients database system;
  • Provide customer services and deal with enquiries of clients and business partners;
  • Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company.

Requirement

  • HKDSE or above
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Detail-minded, mature and with a passion to serve
  • Being able to work independently
  • Good command in Mandarin and English
  • Good PC skills and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • IANG visa holders are welcome
