Our current services include elderly service, chaplaincy ministry, outreaching rehabilitation service, an institute promoting holistic health and holistic care, etc. We have a staff team of about 250 members, and we are now looking for the following high-calibre person to join our Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Nursing Home in Kowloon Bay, which is a subvented home providing 238 residential places:-

Clinical Care Manager  [MPS Pt.26-28 plus HK$3,500 monthly cash allowance]

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Resident Service Manager (CCM) in the daily operation of the nursing department; ensure clinical nursing service quality, supervise nursing staff, communicate with our residents and their relatives, etc.

Requirements

• Holder of the Certificate of Registration and a valid Registered Nurse Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong, or equivalent;
• A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related discipline;
• At least 4 years of post-registration experience, along with a minimum of 2 years serving as a Supervisor in health care administration and management, preferably in subvented or private nursing homes;
• Proven leadership, and good interpersonal and communication skills; and 
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
