We are looking for an IT support (helpdesk) based in Hong Kong to join the company and work with our IT Support team. If you’re ambitious with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment then that’ll help too! 

How you will contribute:

• Responsible for IT inquiries and provide IT helpdesk, remote and onsite support to office and retail stores 
• Handle installation, configuration, administration, upgrades and deployment of system hardware & software related infrastructure;
• Resolve day-to-day operation issues and maintenance IT systems, including PC / Server / Network and other IT devices / Multi-functional printers, etc.
• Maintain and manage troubleshooting on the POS and payment systems 
• Identify technical and system problems and actively provide feasible solutions
• Maintain inventory record of computer facilities and IT assets
• Assist in tracking hardware and software licensing, company computerization, enhancement and other related projects
• Provide on-call standby/support after office hours if necessary
• Support any ad-hoc tasks as required

Expectations:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT support, preferably in the retail industry
• Experience in POS system is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English 
• Willing to work to support mission-critical system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner, good team player, good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility  
• Immediate available is highly preferred
