Founded in 1887, we are a non-governmental organization committed to the development and provision of quality holistic health care service to the community of Hong Kong. Our current services include elderly service, chaplaincy ministry, outreaching rehabilitation service, an institute promoting holistic health and holistic care, etc. We have a staff team of about 250 members, and we are now looking for the following high-calibre person to join our Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Nursing Home in Kowloon Bay, which is a subvented home providing 238 residential places:-

Resident Service Manager  [MPS Pt.26-28 plus HK$4,000 monthly cash allowance]

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Superintendent (SI) and Resident Service Coordination Manager (RSCM) in the daily operation of the nursing department; ensure clinical nursing service quality, supervise nursing staff, communicate with our residents and their relatives, etc.

Requirements

• Holder of the Certificate of Registration and a valid Registered Nurse Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong, or equivalent;
• A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related discipline;
• At least 5 years of post-registration experience, along with a minimum of 2 years serving as a Supervisor in health care administration and management, preferably in subvented or private nursing homes;
• Proven leadership, and good interpersonal and communication skills; and 
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
