About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with a proven track record in full-spectrum construction management to join their project team. In this role, you will oversee the construction of a large-scale composite development project in Hong Kong, ensuring it is delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the construction process from initial planning to completion , ensuring seamless execution.

Oversee and coordinate external consultants , contractors , and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Ensure compliance with building ordinances , regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Lead and mentor on-site teams to ensure efficient and safe project delivery.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering , Structural Engineering , Building Engineering , or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably with reputable property developers or main contractors in Hong Kong .

In-depth knowledge of building ordinances and full-spectrum project delivery .

Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consultants , main contractors , and government officials .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
