Manage roster planning and resourcing to ensure the sales team is appropriately staffed at all times
Support the Division manager in implementing changes and improvements to sales processes
Responsible to co-ordinate sales interaction with other departments
Coach, counsel, discipline and train frontline staffs; Work with training team on strategic coaching plans for all frontline staff
Initiate, drive, motivate and encourage sales staff to achieving sales targets
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions
Identify market trends that appeal to customers with the aim to identify opportunities for business development & boost sales
Communicate with store team and operations team frequently; put together sales performance and frontline customer service experience
Formulate strategies and commission scheme to achieve store KPI results
Work closely with internal stakeholder such as Brand & Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising & Logistic team to leverage brand strategies, maintain appropriated inventory level to support frontline businesses
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:

University Graduate in Marketing or Retail Sales Management preferred
8 years+ related experience in retail industry, preferably in skincare/ beauty background
Good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Result-oriented, a quick learner keen on taking new challenges, thrives in getting deals done and serving customers
Passionate about new sales and about helping solve customer problems
Highly motivated self-starter being excited by new software and technologies and have a competitive nature, and a strong drive to succeed
