Job Description

The Role:-

We are looking for a self-motivated E-commerce assistant to join our team at Solar Time, a fast-growing and passionate multi-brand watch retailer cultivating brands like Spinnaker, AVI-8, Nubeo, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, a good eye for visual presentation, and skills in adapting creative content. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and work closely with digital and other internal teams to ensure the quality presentation of the brands on our own websites and on other marketplace platforms. 

Responsibility :-

• Assist the management of the daily operation of e-commerce websites, including own brand websites and marketplace platforms
• Upload website content, including product images, videos, campaign assets and ensure they stay up to date
• Consolidate and test the assets provided by the creative and image/video team
• Support brand website interface updates with the latest promotion, campaigns, landing pages and content improvement, etc.
• Assist internal teams in adapting creative content for brand websites, marketplace platforms, etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks relevant to E-commerce operation, if any

Requirements :-

• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or a related digital field (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Sensitive to visual presentation  and with an understanding of basic UX/UI concepts
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Self-motivated and fast learner, able to explore new solutions
• Experience in retail brand and fundamental knowledge in any E-commerce system is an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese, good spoken English is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
