• Roles and Responsibilities

·         Perform data processing, filing, printing and document scanning

·         Monitor debt collection of customers & agents and follow through with journal entries

·         Prepare vouchers & perform accounting data entries

·         Prepare daily and monthly routine accounting tasks.

·         To support on any ad hoc assignments

·         To work together with other members of the team

·         Check data accuracy in Company system

·         Produce management report emails

Requirements:

·         Diploma holder or above (preferably Accounting major)

·         Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

·         Self-motivated, responsible, independent, well organized, meticulous and a quick learner

·         Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing

·         Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome
