Responsibilities

 

  • Support of IT Infrastructure with responsibilities for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
  • Provide Level 1 – 3 support for incidents and problem resolution
  • Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents
  • Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues over the phone by email, etc.  
  • Create help desk ticket/work orders from phone and/or email requests.

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years of technical support and administration experience across Windows platforms including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy), Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
  • Attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills 
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
