Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure and be responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems, in line with company guidelines or standard operating procedure.
Assist in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and implementation of best output.
Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools, ensures the highest level of system and infrastructure availability.
Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents
Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.
Specific Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and administration for All Windows platforms including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy), Microsoft Exchange Server, Azure, AWS
Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Database Management and Risk Management will be highly advantageous.
Must be attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills
Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills required
Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
