Job Description:

1. Responsible for maintaining and supporting Active Directory services, Azure Directory services, Microsoft 365 services, Collaboration Services, Power Platform, Viva Suites and Digital Workplace Infrastructure Management
2. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint Online, Viva Suites, Copilot, and AD/AAD related services
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and AD services, including resolve incidents and handle service requests, root cause analysis and problem investigation; and conduct impact analyst and testing, execute the change request.  
4. Prepare change plan, conduct impact analyst and testing, execute the change request and work closely with other technical teams until completion
5. Support Windows and Office365 software upgrade 
6. Support upgrade preparation and testing, arrange testing sessions with application teams and users, monitor the rollout schedule and progress, assist project related activities

Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing AD/AAD and M365 systems, preferably in a large complex environment
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and other endpoint management tools and platforms
4. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS, IOS, Android, and other operating systems and devices.
5. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and M365 best practices and standards
6. Proven experience in supporting sizable and complicate IT Infrastructure and endpoint management support
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
