Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage stationery stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
Manage procurement of office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations during renovations and setups.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including staff, vendors, and management.
Support day-to-day administrative operations and provide leadership to the admin team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, and security.
Strong background in office renovations and relocation projects.
Clubhouse management experience will be an added advantage.
