岗位职责

• Supervise building service sub-contractors to ensure that installation works are completed in compliance with proper site safety manner, timely schedule, quality of workmanship, contractual document and statutory requirements
• Monitor progress of installation works, perform routine inspections, issuance of site records and participate in testing and commissioning inspections
• Collaborate with project team and consultants to address and resolve technical issue on site
• Participates in site meetings in related to work progress, coordination, quality control, site safety and utility services etc
• Coordinate with property management team for handover of flat units to ensure timely delivery with satisfactory quality standard to owners
• Carry out the duties as directed by project manager-in-charge and supervised by site manager-in-charge
   

职位要求

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of solid site-based experience in handling M/E works
• Experience with medium or large scale residential developments in real estate developers / main contractors would be an advantage
• Uncompromising integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong sense of site safety
• Knowledge of BIM application would be an advantage
• Proficient in computer applications
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Engineer
