CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. ("CNCB Investment") was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1984. It is the wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. ("CITIC Bank"). In accordance with the development vision of building up overseas boutique investment banking arm and leveraging on the strength of parent bank, CITIC Bank and its various branches, CNCB Investment actively promotes offshore securities underwriting, corporate finance, and asset management business. With subsidiary companies onshore, CNCB Investment is also vigorously engaged in private equity fund management in onshore China, and provides clients with high-quality cross-border financial services.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including daily entries, inter-company transactions reconciliation, bank reconciliations, bank accounts management; 
• Support month-end processes and accounts processing related to the company's business category (including loans, bonds, stocks, fund management, bank borrowing, underwriting fees, etc.);
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statement and analysis;
• Cooperate with auditing, annual report, tax filing and other finance related work;
• Other ad-hoc assignments/projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably financial institution or licensed corporation experience;
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Hands-on experience in Yonyou, NC or other financial system preferred;
• Proficient in PC Skills (MS Word, Excel, PPT);
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
